At Fishgillz we are committed to maintaining your confidence and trust. It us our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address is private and confidential, it will NEVER be sold by us or provided to any other organization.
When you place an order with us, your sensitive information is encrypted and is accessible only for the purpose of processing your order.
No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information
Our systems do not collect or distribute personal information about our visitors. We do not record any information about your specific visit other than the information that you provide to us. (such as your order requirements). Information collected by us is general and non specific to the visitor. We use Google Analytics to track general visits and browsing statistics for help in analyzing our visitors’ needs and preferences.
If you are not satisfied with the quality, or any other aspect of our product, simply return it to us for a replacement or full refund of the product price less shipping and handling charges.
USA Orders – When you purchase from us your order will be shipped efficiently by USPS. You may select from Priority or First Class/Parcel mail, anywhere in the US, and you will ALWAYS see shipping options and charges before you enter any financial information to complete your order.
We offer low shipping rates on all continental US orders, and low rates on international orders. Orders ship typically in 1/3 days and take on average 3/4 days in transit, depending on location and the chosen shipping method (we ship from CA USA)
Overseas orders – each order spends typically 4 – 6 business days in transit but due to customs clearance can often take longer.
We ship to virtually all overseas destinations on all Continents, and shipping costs are charged based on the weight of the order.
Countries we ship to are listed on our order form during checkout.

Our registration process to download our eBook or subscribe to our newsletter requires only a valid e-mail address and a first name. We use this information to make occasional follow-ups with you to notify you of news and product updates. You will be provided with the means for a one-click unsubscribe at any time.
Our shopping area requires you to provide name and contact information so we may process your order. You have the option to create an account, or proceed with your order without an account. Creating an account involves us storing your contact data so you may retrieve it for future orders, and/or login to track your order.
Like many web sites, we may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information. Like most standard website servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

4. Editing or Deleting Your Account Information.
We provide you with the ability to edit the information in your user account manually, yourself, or you may contact us and request deletion of your user account completely. Content or other data that you may have provided to us and that is not contained within your user account, such as posts that may appear within our forums, may continue to remain on our site at our discretion even though your user account is deleted. If you specifically request for a blog or comment to be removed we will do so.
